I recently had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff, especially Najeem, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to all the main attractions and amenities. I loved that we had a balcony in our apartment, which provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view. the facilities in the apartment were well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked, making it a convenient and cozy place to stay.

While my stay overall was great, there were a few negative aspects to mention. the parking situation was a bit inconvenient as it was only street parking and not the safest option.

I had the joy of experiencing the wonders of street parking and a divine double bed made of two uncomfortable singles. The kitchen was so ill-equipped, I felt like a contestant on a survival show. But hey, the manager took his sweet time to give me a receipt, so that's a plus!

The apartment had a balcony and all facilities were clean, stocked, and in working order. We booked last minute and enjoyed our stay as budget travelers.

I recently stayed at The Benwell Apartments for 2 nights and couldn't have been happier. Najeem, the host, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The apartment had a lovely balcony and all the facilities were clean and in working order. We booked last minute and were impressed with how well-stocked everything was. I honestly can't fault our stay and we are already planning to return soon.

Najeem was a total superstar! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, making sure everything was perfect. Our apartment was awesome, with a balcony and all the facilities working flawlessly. It was so clean and well-stocked, it was mind-blowing! We were blown away by the fact that we could book last minute and still have such a super stay. We would have stayed longer if we didn't have other commitments. Can't fault it at all, and we're already planning our next visit. So, impressed!
